Question by CoolMayn: Is there anyway to get ringtones on an iPhone 4 without having to sync my phone to iTunes?
Is it possible to get on a website and just download a ringtone to my iPhone 4?

    its easy because you can make your own ringtones or wallpapers. its free

    For this you have to Jailbreak your iPhone or you can also do this via Ventones.

    I know you can go into itunes and download a ringtone directly from your iPhone. But you do have to pay if you want to buy it from itunes.

    No there is no way to get ringtones onto your iPhone without iTunes.

    You can however create your own ringtones for FREE using iTunes.
